About the role

Amazon's Unified Alternate Fulfillment channel (UAF) team is looking for an experienced Program Manager for regional program management across Africa, Middle East and Turkey (AMET region) to expand the network of Seller Flex, Vendor Flex and Direct fulfillment channels.

A day in the life

As a Program Manager, you'll drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programs. You'll use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan. Some managers are based on-site while others work remotely, depending on the most suitable option for their team and tasks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program
