Vendor Manager, Amazon Now

Anow is Amazon's quick commerce offering in Saudi Arabia, delivering everyday essentials in 15 minutes from dark stores across 13 cities and 70+ locations. We are scaling aggressively toward market leadership in one of the most competitive quick commerce markets globally.

As Vendor Manager, you will own the operational performance of a portfolio of vendors supplying Anow SA - ensuring they show up reliably, comply with our requirements, and scale with us as we grow. This role sits at the execution core of our in-stock promise to customers. You will work closely with Category Managers, Replenishment, and Inbound teams, serving as the primary point of contact between Amazon and your vendor portfolio.

Own vendor performance for your portfolio: fill rates, service levels, lead times, and SWOOS contribution - track daily, escalate fast, close gaps.

Onboard new vendors end-to-end: contract execution, system setup, first-order readiness, and compliance with Anow's operational requirements.

Run regular business reviews with vendors - share performance scorecards, align on improvement plans, and hold them accountable to commitments.

Coordinate with Replenishment and Inbound teams to ensure purchase orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Manage vendor-side preparation for peak events (Ramadan, National Day, Back to School): confirm stock builds, lead times, and delivery windows in advance.

Resolve day-to-day supply issues - shortages, substitutions, rejected shipments - with urgency and minimal escalation.

Flag systemic vendor risks to Category Managers so assortment and commercial decisions reflect supply reality.

• 4+ years of with Excel experience
• 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
• Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership
• Experience in vendor management
• Experience with high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
• Ability to represent Amazon with external C level executives
• Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
• Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Arabic language is preferred
