As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and converting high-value new business opportunities across the UAE real estate market. You will have to apply a consultative and strategic approach to business development, with a focus on opportunities that require deeper commercial understanding, multiple stakeholder engagement and longer sales cycles. You will build relationships with key decision-makers, develop a detailed understanding of each client's business, market position and commercial objectives, and use data, analytics and market insights to demonstrate measurable value. You will own opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement through discovery, solution development, commercial negotiation and contract completion. Success requires strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, persistence and the ability to build compelling business cases that support customers in making informed commercial decisions.

In this role, you will

• Identify and develop high-value new business opportunities through networking, market intelligence, competitor analysis, government registration sources and targeted prospecting.
• Build, maintain and convert a strong, well-qualified pipeline, taking full ownership of opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
