About the Role
As a Product Manager, you'll own an expanding area of the product, working with a broader group of stakeholders, including senior leaders on higher-visibility initiatives. You'll move beyond pure execution and start shaping direction and roadmap for your area.

- Frame and scope problems for your area, turning ambiguity into a clear plan your team can act on
- Adapt existing approaches to new situations, and start proposing original solutions where none exist yet
- Contribute to shaping direction and early roadmap thinking for your area
- Deliver independently with minimal oversight, using data to support your decisions
- Own the outcomes of your area's work
- Manage a broad set of stakeholders, including senior audiences, building trust and buy-in over time
- Mentor junior Product Managers
- Bring a growing commercial lens to product decisions, reasoning about cost and revenue trade-offs

- 2+ years of building technology-powered products.
- Experience independently scoping and framing problems that aren't fully defined
- Comfort adapting known approaches to new situations, with early signs of original problem-solving
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, including senior audiences
- A track record of self-sufficient, data-informed delivery
- Willingness and enthusiasm to mentor junior team members
- Growing commercial judgment and the ability to reason about trade-offs
