About the Role
The Finance Director will serve as a key member of the MENA Leadership Team, leading financial strategy, operational rigor, and scalable infrastructure to support sustainable growth across the region. The role will oversee forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, treasury, compliance, investor relations, and reporting, while partnering closely with regional leadership and the global finance organization to drive performance and decision-making
Outcomes
- Operations: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives and regional growth plans. Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes. Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for leadership, investors, and stakeholders. Establish and monitor key financial and operational performance indicators.
- Financial Leadership: Drive capital allocation decisions and operational efficiency through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and macroeconomic insights. Support fundraising initiatives, banking relationships, and strategic financing activities as needed.
- Controls: Ensure strong financial governance through effective controls, policies, and compliance processes. Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, tax advisors, and investors. Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOCPA/ZATCA, tax requirements, and applicable regulatory standards while proactively identifying and mitigating operational and financial risks.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance organization with clear accountability, performance standards, and scalable operating processes. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Development, Legal, and People teams to provide actionable financial insights and decision support.

Qualifications
- Hands-on operator with strong attention to detail and willingness to work across strategic and operational finance matters.
- 8-12 years of experience
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree relating to Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CA/SOCPA) with deep IFRS and SOCPA/ZATCA exposure; strong audit and month-end execution
- Excellent understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and financial forecasting.
- Hands-on treasury/cash management and comfort stewarding senior KSA banking relationships
- Proven ability to build models, processes, and controls from scratch
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities using Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable leveraging modern finance systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and insight generation..
- Fluent in English and Arabic; concise, executive-level communication
