We are looking for aFinancial Reporting Assistant Managerto support the preparation, analysis, and review of financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal policies, and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong financial reporting experience, preferably gained from a leadingaudit firm, combined with solidFinancial Management & Valuation (FM&V)knowledge and professional certification such asCMA.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial reporting data.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reporting packages.
- Review financial information and accounting treatments to ensure compliance with applicableIFRS/GAAPand company policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Finance teams, and external auditors to address reporting
requirements
and audit queries.
- Support the year-end closing process and ensure timely completion of financial reporting activities.
- Analyze financial results, variances, trends, and key performance indicators and provide meaningful insights to management.
- Assist in developing financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses where required.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of financial reporting processes, controls, and procedures.
- Identify reporting risks and recommend improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting.
