As part of theWa'ed Program, FlyAkeed is offering an opportunity for Saudi talent at the beginning of their professional careers to join the company as aTravel Ambassador.

This is anEntry-Level Employment opportunitydesigned for candidates who have a strong interest in travel, customer service, and corporate travel and are looking to build a long-term career in the travel industry.

The successful candidate will receive on-the-job exposure and development opportunities in travel booking, corporate travel management, customer service, and VVIP traveler support.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage travel itineraries based on traveler preferences, company policies, and budget requirements.
• Assist with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
• Learn and utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and other travel booking platforms and industry tools.
• Provide professional, personalized, and high-quality customer service to corporate and VVIP travelers.
• Serve as a point of contact for assigned customers and assist with their travel-related requests.
• Communicate with travelers through phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor bookings and ensure all travel arrangements are accurate and aligned with company policies and approved travel guidelines.
• Assist travelers with changes, cancellations, delays, and other travel-related issues while minimizing disruption to their journey.
• Anticipate customer needs and recommend appropriate travel solutions to enhance the overall travel experience.
