As a Key Account Manager at Foodics, you will be at the forefront of our business, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our enterprise, key clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and expanding our market presence. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
What Will You Do❓
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise, key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to Foodics existing clients.
- Gain a thorough understanding of assigned client's needs, business objectives and processes to ensure that they successfully adopt and deploy Foodics
- Drive revenue growth through effective account management, negotiation, and contract renewals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, advocating for their needs within the organization and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
