We're looking for a Business Continuity Management (BCM) Specialist with a strong IT and
Disaster Recovery (DR) background to support, maintain, and enhance our BCM and IT resilience
framework. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the organization's ability to respond to
and recover from disruptions by coordinating DR activities, supporting BCM lifecycle processes,
and working closely with IT, Information Security, and business stakeholders.
You'll be involved in DR planning and testing, business impact analysis, risk assessments, and
regulatory compliance, while acting as a bridge between technical teams and business units to
ensure resilience

Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) and IT Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks.
- Coordinate and support DR planning, testing, and execution in collaboration with IT and technology teams.
- Assist in conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments across business and IT functions.
- Monitor and track BCM and DR action plans, ensuring timely closure and reporting to management.
