Summary of role
The Content Specialist owns content strategy and execution across multiple entities, balancing standard content calendar management with high-level founder and investor-facing responsibilities. This role builds bilingual social calendars, restructures investor newsletters, and manages personal branding for multiple founders while operating as a solo contributor. By utilizing streamlined workflows and distinct brand guidelines, this position ensures all deliverables from website copy to high-stakes pitch videos consistently meet core business goals
Responsibilities
Content Calendar & Social
- Build and maintain monthly Instagram and LinkedIn content calendars: posting schedules, captions, reel copy, and visual briefs in collaboration with the Design team
- Write and publish LinkedIn articles and thought-leadership content
- Maintain brand tone consistency across social media, website & UX content, pitch decks, and event material
Founder & Leadership Content
- Manage personal branding voices for multiple founders on LinkedIn, tailoring tone per individual (reflective/storytelling vs. analytical/operational) while keeping company-level messaging as the priority driver
- Draft leadership POV content that balances individual voice with what the company wants communicated
Investor Communications
- Own and restructure the investor newsletter, coordinating data collection inputs from relevant stakeholders
- Draft investor-facing updates and communications
Website & Positioning
- Write and refine bilingual (English/Arabic) website positioning copy, distinct from the social calendar workstream
Event & Campaign Production
- Scope and brief production partners (agencies/freelancers) for on-site event content (e.g. conference/pitch coverage - video, stills, recap assets)
- Plan content deliverables around business goals and platform-native formats
- Support high-stakes, fast-turnaround content needs (e.g. pitch videos) under tight deadlines
