Summary of role
MoonTech is looking for a Talent Development Specialist to strengthen how our people learn, grow, and lead. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move confidently between strategy and execution. You will build development programs, coach managers, track employee growth, and use competency insights to improve team capability across the organization.
What You'll Own
1- Employee Feedback and Performance Enablement
-Run regular employee feedback sessions and ensure every discussion results in clear, documented next steps.
-Identify recurring challenges across teams and raise emerging organizational risks to leadership early.
-Monitor whether managers are conducting scheduled one-on-one meetings with their team members.
-Coach managers on how to lead effective, meaningful, and action-oriented one-on-one conversations.
-Analyze team communication and employee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. -Oversee advisor evaluations and support consistent, fair assessment practices.
2- Learning and Development
-Build, maintain, and improve learning plans for each career level.
-Design learning programs based on competency data, business priorities, and capability gaps.
-Facilitate practical workshops that directly support company goals.
-Keep MoonTech's learning platform and communication channels active, relevant, and valuable. -Support leadership development programs and measure their impact over time.
-Research and introduce new learning approaches, tools, and AI-enabled development methods.
3- Career Growth and Organizational Development
-Manage individual growth plans from initial assessment through implementation and follow-up. -Partner with employees and managers to translate development needs into achievable growth actions.
-Track onboarding quality and identify ways to improve the experience of new hires.
