About the role
As a Procurement Officer at MOZN, you will own Technology, Non-Technology, and Logistics procurement. This covers the full cycle, from category strategy and sourcing through contracting, delivery, and supplier performance.This is a remote role based in Egypt.
You will deliver measurable savings and reduce supplier risk while staying within MOZN's approval matrix and procurement policies. You'll work closely with Finance, Legal, Risk & Compliance, IT, and internal requestors to make sure every purchase is competitive, compliant, and delivered on time.
What you'll do
Purchasing Operations
- Review approved purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders in line with procurement policies and SOPs.
Category Strategy, Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Build and execute category strategies for Technology, Non-Technology, and Logistics spend (e.g., hardware, software and licenses, managed services, facilities and general services, and freight and logistics), targeting cost savings, risk reduction, and value creation.
- Source qualified, competitive suppliers in the local market and internationally.
- Run RFI, RFP, and tender processes with scorecard-based technical and commercial evaluations, and document the basis for every recommendation.
