Dispatch Agent

We are looking for aDispatch Agentto support fast-paced last-mile delivery operations. The role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring orders from pickup to customer delivery, ensuring efficient dispatching, timely deliveries, and quick resolution of operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch orders to delivery partners efficiently.
• Monitor active deliveries and ensure orders are delivered within the expected timeframe.
• Communicate with delivery partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Track order status and take immediate action on delayed, cancelled, or problematic orders.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical cases when required.
• Follow up on delivery performance and ensure service-level targets are met.
• Maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records.
• Support daily operations and contribute to improving delivery efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, delivery operations, or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Good attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with operational systems.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends when required.
