About the Role
We are looking for an experiencedFacilities and Maintenance Managerto lead national maintenance and facilities operations across Ninja stores and supporting locations. The role will oversee regional maintenance teams, ensure operational continuity, and drive high standards of safety, service quality, and maintenance performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree inElectrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-8 years of relevant experiencein maintenance and facilities management.
- Proven experience inmultisite maintenance leadership in Saudi Arabia.
- Hands-on experience withCAFM implementation.
- Strong knowledge ofHVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
- Strongvendor and AMC managementexperience.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and respond effectively to operational escalations.
Key Responsibilities
- LeadArea Maintenance Managersand oversee 24/7 reactive and planned maintenance operations.
- Own nationalSLA, preventive maintenance, backlog, safety, vendor, and AMC performance.
- Manage facilities services including cleaning, water supply, pest control, coffee machines, waste, and related services.
- Implement and optimizeCAFM/FSM workflowsfor tickets, PPM, assets, vendors, and SLA reporting.
- Ensure proper store handovers, snag closure, asset records, and supplier warranty claims.
- Manage operational priorities and maintenance spend in coordination with Finance, Procurement, and Cost Control.
- Resolve major maintenance and operational escalations.
