About the role
We're looking for an experiencedContent & Tracks Managerto join our team and lead the design and execution of student enablement initiatives across our programs.
This is a highly hands-on leadership role where you'll work at the heart of our learning experience-shaping programs that directly impact student achievement, engagement, and future readiness.
You will manage and guide the team responsible for creating initiatives across four core student tracks:
- Academic Achievement
- Future Career Skills
- Aspirations & Interests
- Higher
Education
Role Summary
You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from Operations, Tech, Project management, Learning, and Partnerships to ensure that every program we deliver is meaningful, well-structured, and smoothly executed.
The role involves both strategic program design and operational execution, including hiring teachers, planning schedules, designing lab activities, and ensuring high-quality delivery on the ground.
