About the Role
We're changing how
education
is taught at many fronts through innovations in technology, personalization, and students experiences. We're looking for a measurement-obsessed leader to own how we define, track, and validate learning outcomes across our platform. You'll design and govern assessment frameworks that are rigorous, adaptive, and deeply integrated with AI - moving beyond traditional testing toward intelligent, evidence-based evaluation that reflects real learning gains. In this role, you will be diving into the world of teens to uncover insights that elevate their school experience. This is a hands-on role embedded in a small team.
You bring:Deep expertise in learning assessment, psychometrics, or educational measurement; comfort operating in a fast-moving AI product environment; and a bias toward evidence over assumption.
What You'll Do
- Build and lead the assessment strategy across all product lines
- Partner with AI and product teams to develop adaptive, data-driven evaluation systems
- Define learning outcome metrics and ensure they translate into actionable platform insights
