About the role
You'll be instrumental in keeping our hiring engine humming- managing scheduling and candidate experience - while also helping to build pipeline for our highest-priority Schools Staffing roles. If you're highly organized, resourceful, and excited by the idea of helping scale a world-class team, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Own scheduling and logistics for candidate interviews- phone screens, virtual panels, and onsite loops and full staffing lifecycle across hiring, onboarding, and development.
- You will own end-to-end, high-volume recruitment for handling all recruitment operations-from sourcing to contracting and evaluation-across ClassSupervisor, School Leads, Teachers, and School Managers.
