Noon Academy is reinventing school in the Middle East with over 12 million students and teachers using our app to learn, teach, and collaborate. We have recently raised $41 million in Series B funding to expand our reach and impact in the region and beyond. We are on a mission to transform the physical classroom experience by introducing our highly engaging social, group-based learning and AI to make learning fun and improve learning efficacy. Our ultimate goal is to provide access to the best teachers to every student even if that teacher is only available virtually. We believe we can do this if we blend AI, peer-to-peer learning, and a carefully designed physical space.
The Role
We're looking for an entrepreneurial, student-firstProduct Managerto join our team. You'll own meaningful outcomes like student learning success, and work closely with a passionate team to ship fast and learn quickly. You'll be based in Riyadh, spending time at the Noon hybrid school to connect deeply with students, understand their needs, and refine the experience to delight them.
What You'll Do
- Listen & Learn:Work directly with students to uncover insights that drive product direction.
- Build & Ship:Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other key functions to turn ideas into features.
- Iterate:Measure impact, gather feedback, and make improvements.
- Innovate:Experiment with new technologies to improve how students learn and engage.
What We're Looking For
- You possess a deep understanding of Saudi culture and are fluent in Arabic and English
- Entrepreneurial:You were an early hire at a startup whose success you meaningfully contributed to, or you built something from scratch yourself.
- Highly empathetic:You have the emotional intelligence needed to deeply connect with customers.
