We are looking for an AI Enablement & Adoption Lead to drive Optasia's company-wide AI learning and adoption strategy.
This is a hands-on role within the People team, responsible for building AI capability across the organization - from designing and delivering training programs, growing a network of capable AI Champions, to driving engagement and helping employees use AI to improve the way they work.
The ideal candidate is both a strong facilitator and an accomplished AI practitioner, someone who actively experiments with tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot and can translate new AI capabilities into practical, relevant applications for employees.
What You'll Do
- Build and own Optasia's AI enablement strategy, including the roadmap, learning journeys and adoption initiatives across the organization.
- Design and deliver a company-wide AI curriculum, from AI fundamentals and prompting, advanced use cases, productivity workflows and responsible AI. Lead cohort-based sessions to upskill the workforce in generative AI and tech adoption.
- Deliver tailored feedback and developmental coaching that AI cannot replicate - through 1:1 sessions, hands-on workshops, training sessions, demos and office hours to build employee confidence and practical AI skills.
