About the role
The Projects Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of banking software implementation projects. This role assists in managing timelines, resources, budgets, and communication among stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully, within scope, on time, and within budget. The position plays a critical role in maintaining project documentation traceability, supporting operations oversight, and ensuring compliance with regulatory
requirements
and PMO governance standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, timelines, and documentation for banking software deployments.
- Coordinate internal resources and cross-functional teams (development, QA, support engineers, team leads) for project execution.
- Monitor and track project progress and performance using appropriate project management tools and methodologies.
- Maintain comprehensive and traceable project documentation covering all implementation phases: application, database, configuration, and infrastructure elements.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, ProgressSoft governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, document minutes, action items, and follow-ups with clear ownership and deadlines.
- Facilitate effective communication between project team members, client banks, and internal stakeholders.
- Support change management and release management processes, including UAT coordination and environment readiness verification.
- Support project closure processes, ensuring proper handoff documentation and lessons learned capture.
- Support the Operations Manager in daily oversight of operations, back-office processes, and post-deployment support activities.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, client banks, and senior management related to operations and project status.
