The role
qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next Account Associate, you'll help drive our growth in Partner Success building, shipping, and delivering results from day one. You'll work closely with operators and partners to turn frictionless payments into real growth for restaurants. If you thrive in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment, this role is for you.
What you'll be doing
Portfolio Support
•Work directly with assigned KAM(s) to support day-to-day management of their portfolio
•Act as an additional point of contact for partners on operational matters, under the KAM's guidance
•Help identify and flag risks (usage drop, churn signals, service issues) for the KAM to action
Training & Staff Engagement
•Conduct training and refresher sessions with restaurant staff to strengthen usage of Qlub's solutions
•Run staff engagement activities to keep partner teams motivated and aligned on Qlub usage
•Troubleshoot on-the-ground issues and coordinate with Tech/Support when needed
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
•Review portfolio performance metrics (GMV, adoption rates, transaction trends) on a regular cadence
