Analyst - BI & Data Analytics

Job Summary

Rasan seeks a BI & Data Analytics Analyst to turn business data into clear, actionable insights that support informed decision-making across its digital platforms. This role combines data analysis, dashboard development, and stakeholder collaboration to monitor performance, identify trends, and help teams improve business outcomes across Rasan's fintech and Insurtech operations.

Job Objectives

Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Define, document, and monitor key performance indicators in collaboration with relevant business teams.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting to support operational, commercial, and strategic decision-making.
• Present findings in a clear, accessible format, explaining the implications of data for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyse structured data to identify patterns, trends, performance drivers, and potential risks or opportunities.
• Use statistical and quantitative analysis to investigate business questions and evaluate initiatives.
• Translate analytical findings into evidence-based recommendations and measurable actions.
• Support forecasting, segmentation, and performance analysis as business needs require.

Data Management & Quality

• Extract, transform, and analyse data from databases, data warehouses, and other business systems.
• Write and optimise SQL queries to retrieve and validate data for analysis and reporting.
