Job Summary

  • The HR Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the execution of the organization's people strategy by leading and developing the HR team, ensuring operational excellence, and acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership. The role exists to foster a collaborative, high-performing HR function that delivers effective employee support, resolves critical matters, and aligns HR initiatives with business objectives.

Job Objectives

  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to achieve high performance, engagement, and service excellence.
  • Build a collaborative and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication and supporting team members' professional growth.
  • Strengthen partnerships with senior management by providing timely HR guidance and ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and business priorities.
  • Lead strategic HR initiatives in collaboration with Rasan Group Support Services across Strategy, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and other shared functions to support organizational objectives.
  • Take ownership of critical and complex employee relations matters, ensuring timely resolution while minimizing organizational risk.
  • Improve HR operational efficiency through process enhancements and consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain high levels of employee satisfaction by delivering responsive and effective HR support across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and provide guidance to leaders on employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
