Customer Service & CRM Coordinator to manage customer inquiries across Instagram and WhatsApp. The role involves responding professionally and promptly, identifying potential leads, following up with customers, and accurately recording all interactions in the company's CRM system.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, with previous experience in GCC markets and the automotive industry considered a strong advantage.

Previous experience in customer service, CRM management, lead management, or digital customer support.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Experience using CRM platforms and managing customer databases.
• Familiarity with Instagram, and WhatsApp Business.
• Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet response-time targets.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, reports, and basic performance metrics.
