🎯Mission & Core Purpose

As an IT Manager (System Administration and Infrastructure), you will lead the team and strategy behind the infrastructure that powers more than 30,000 e-commerce businesses. You will ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and compliant with PCI DSS and ISO 27001, and shape how our infrastructure grows to meet future business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the IT team, including system administrators, network administrators, DevOps engineers, and security specialists.
Provide training and mentorship to evaluate and improve team performance.
Identify team needs and manage recruitment processes.
Develop short- and long-term strategic plans for IT infrastructure growth.
Research new technologies and tools and integrate them into existing systems.
Ensure the seamless operation of all systems, including physical, virtual, and Kubernetes-based environments.
Monitor system performance and lead improvement initiatives.
Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
Ensure and audit compliance with PCI DSS (Service Provider Level 1) and ISO 27001 requirements.
Develop and implement policies to reduce cybersecurity risks.
Optimize processes to deliver uninterrupted service in line with SLAs.
Plan the IT budget and manage costs effectively.
