Who You Are

As aCommunity Ops Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, engaging, and seamless experience for AstroLabs members and visitors while supporting the day-to-day operations and activation of our community.

You will serve as a first point of contact for our members and visitors, ensuring a high standard of customer service and resolving or routing member requests effectively. Beyond front-of-house operations, you will support the Community Manager inbuilding and activating the AstroLabs community, organizing ecosystem initiatives and events, strengthening member engagement, and promoting the space to relevant companies and stakeholders within the media industry.

You will also ensure the space remains fully operational and presented to a high standard, coordinate with partners and service providers, identify potential commercial opportunities from members, visitors and inquiries, and connect them with the appropriate AstroLabs teams.
