Who you are

We're looking for aPeople Ops & Culture Specialistwho will serve as the operational anchor of AstroLabs' People function in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will ensure compliance, operational excellence, and a strong employee experience while championing AstroLabs' culture locally.

You will take ownership of Saudi government portals, employee lifecycle operations, and HR systems accuracy, ensuring all processes are compliant, timely, and well-managed. At the same time, you will act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, supporting employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

Beyond operations, you will play a key role in strengthening engagement and belonging within the KSA office by promoting AstroLabs' values and supporting initiatives that reinforce a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
