Job Summary

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for translating business and customer needs into clear product and system requirements. The role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, define features and user stories, and maintain a high-quality product backlog.

The role also drives business process analysis and improvement, supports solution evaluation and UAT activities, and ensures

are clearly documented, understood, and aligned with business objectives and customer needs within an Agile environment.
