Business Development Manager (Technology) Location: Riyadh, KSA | Type: Full-time | Reports to: Director of Sales WakeCap Technologies is a Saudi-built technology company transforming how mega-projects are managed across the Kingdom. Our platform combines IoT, AI, and real-time data to provide full visibility over workforce, safety, and project progress. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth for WakeCap's technology platform. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle - from identifying opportunities to closing deals. This is a field-based role involving site visits, client meetings, and live product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and pursue new project opportunities across KSA Build and maintain relationships with developers, project owners, contractors, and government entities Lead product demonstrations and technical presentations Manage the full business development cycle (lead generation to closing) Develop account strategies and expand clients from single to multi-site deployments Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasts Represent the company at industry events and client meetings Requirements 5-8 years of experience in technical sales within construction, infrastructure, or O&G sectors in KSA Strong understanding of the Saudi construction market and procurement landscape Proven ability to sell technology solutions and communicate complex concepts clearly Established network with developers, project owners, and government stakeholders Experience managing full sales cycles and achieving revenue targets Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proficiency in CRM systems and modern sales tools Willingness to travel frequently across the Kingdom Fluent in Arabic and English Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly accountable
